〔Abstract〕 80 patients who needed medium-thickness skin grafts were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups A, B, C, and D. The donor sites were implanted with advanced platelet rich fibrin(A-PRF) membrane(group A), platelet-rich fibrin(PRF) membrane(B group) and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel(C group) respectively. Group D was the blank control group. All groups were covered with petrolatum gauze and compression bandage. The wound healing time, postoperative pain and scar hyperplasia of the four groups were compared. All three biological materials could promote wound healing, and A-PRF had the best clinical effect. APRF and PRF could reduce postoperative pain and scar hyperplasia, and the clinical effect of A-PRF was better than that of PRF. A-PRF could speed up the healing of medium-thickness skin donor site wounds, reduce scar hyperplasia, and improve post-healing morphology. A-PRF can provide new ideas and methods for clinicians to choose biomaterials to promote the healing and regeneration of soft tissues in the medium-thickness skin donor area.
