〔Abstract〕 Objective To investigate the functional role of Bcl-2-associated Athanogenes(BAGs) family in multiple tumors based on TCGA database. Methods 11 057 tumor samples were downloaded from TCGA,and multidimensional analysis of BAGs family(BAG1-BAG6) was performed. Results There were differences in the expression of Bags family in tumor and paracancerous tissues, and the expression of different BAG genes had a statistically significant effect on the survival prognosis of different cancers. Conclusion Bcl-2-associated Athanogenes may be potential diagnostic and prognostic markers for a variety of cancers, and may provide theoretical support for individualized treatment.
