〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the difference of gene expression between clear cell renal cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues, and to explore the role of differentially expressed genes in the occurrence and development of clear cell renal carcinoma. Methods High-throughput sequencing was used to analyze clear cell renal cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues. The genes related to metabolism were verified by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blot. Results Bioinformatics showed that the expression of 40 ATP synthase-related genes in clear cell renal carcinoma increased.Real-time PCR and Western blot verified this result.Compared with adjacent tissues, the relative abundance of ATP5 F1 mRNA and protein expression of ccRCC increased(P<0.05). Conclusion Clear cell renal carcinoma may lead to changes in the expression of a variety of genes, among which the increased expression of ATP synthase may play an important role in the occurrence and development of clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
