〔Abstract〕 To evaluate the application value of 2020 Chinese guidelines for ultrasound malignancy risk stratification of thyroid nodules( the C-TIRADS) in the diagnosis and follow-up management of thyroid nodules.The study included the 251 thyroid nodules in 208 patients, and ultrasonographic features of each nodule were assessed according to the criteria of C-TIRADS.The area under ROC curve was 0.942(95%CI0.914-0.971), when 4 B was set as the cut-off value of benign and malignant nodules, the diagnostic efficacy was highest, with the sensitivity of 0.916, specificity of 0.849, accuracy of 0.888 and Youden index of 0.765.C-TIRADS is of great value in guiding the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules.
