〔Abstract〕 Objective To investigate the expression of miR-23 a in the peripheral blood of patients with acute gouty arthritis(AGA) and its correlation with clinical parameters. Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected from 20 cases of AGA group and 20 cases of healthy controls, the expression of miR-23 a in peripheral blood was detected by quantitative PCR, and the correlation between miR-23 a expression level and clinical parameters was analyzed. Results (1) The relative expression of miR-23 a in the AGA group was higher than that in the normal group, and the difference in relative expression was statistically significant(P=0.005).(2) Correlation analysis showed that the peripheral blood miR-23 a expression level was positively correlated with low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), Triglyceride(TG)(P<0.05).(3) Correlation analysis showed that the expression level of miR-23 a in peripheral blood was negatively correlated with emotional function(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of miR-23 a may reflect the disease progression of AGA and the prognostic process of patients, and miR-23 a may be related to metabolic indicators and emotional functions, and its mechanism of action needs to be further explored.
