The journal mainly features original research papers reflecting the achievements and progress of our school in scientific research and medical care. It also includes expert discussions, basic medical research, preventive medicine research, pharmaceutical research, clinical medicine research, oral medicine research, technical methods, reviews, and lectures. The authors are mainly scientific researchers and medical staff from the University and affiliated hospitals, and external submissions must be papers funded by provincial or above-level funding projects. The acceptance range for non-affiliated teaching hospital papers is papers funded by provincial or higher level funding projects, papers completed in higher level laboratories with certain innovation and information content, and large sample retrospective clinical studies with clinical guidance significance.
2. Manuscripts should be authentic, reliable, informative, clearly argued, rigorously inferred, reasonably designed, accurately documented, tightly structured, clearly defined, well-written and well-written, and correctly handwritten; statistical tests should be correct. In general, articles and reviews should be 4,500-6,000 words, and techniques and methods should be 3,000-4,000 words. Retractions of revised manuscripts are subject to application. If the main content of the article is published in other journals, the journal will notify the author's organization and treat the article as a double submission, and will not accept articles from the first author and the responsible author within two years.
3. The journal adopts a blind review system, i.e., while maintaining the confidentiality of the reviewers, the authors' units and names are omitted and then reviewed by the relevant experts. On the first page of the manuscript, the title, author(s), author's organization, postal code, email address, and contact phone number should be listed separately, while personal information of the author(s) need not appear in the main text. The author's personal information need not appear in the text. Submissions must be accompanied by electronic documentation.
4. Simplified Chinese characters According to the General Table of Simplified Chinese Characters in 1964, do not use traditional Chinese characters. The title should reflect the most important specific content of the article in concise and precise words, generally no more than 20 words, without the non-public recognized abbreviations, characters, or symbols. Projects funded by the fund, research or key projects should be marked under the home page, and indicate the funded number. All manuscripts should be accompanied by keywords (3 ~ 7) and the Chinese book classification number.
5. Abstracts in English and Chinese should be attached to all original articles. The full names of non-standard symbols and terms in the abstract should be used when they first appear; omit "this paper", "the author", "× × × year" and other terms, and use the third person expression. All the names of the authors in the English abstract should be in Hanyu Pinyin, with the last name before the first name, the first letter of the last name and the first name in capital letters, and the phonetic symbol "′" should be added if the syllables of the double name or the compound name are easily confused. The names of the units should be corresponding to the Chinese ones. The contents of the abstract in Chinese and English should correspond to each other, and the word count should be about 200 words, and the structure of the abstract should be adopted as the international standard. The structured abstract should be divided into four parts: ① Purpose: Briefly state the purpose of the study, and explain the reason for the question, indicating the scope and importance of the study. ② Methods: A brief description of the basic design of the research project, the materials and methods used, etc. ③ Results: A brief list of the main findings and data of the study, with specific and accurate descriptions. ④ Conclusion: Briefly state the correct observations and theoretical value of the empirical evidence and argumentation.
6. The level of headings in the text should not be too many, and the serial number according to 1; 1.1, 1.2; 1.1.1, 1.1.2 ...... order. Headings are always left-topped. The number of words in each level of headings should not be too large, and headings at the same level should not be intermittent. The paper should be written in the order of introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion.
7. Units of measurement and unit symbols should adopt the International System of Units, international unit names and codes. Such as μm, mm, km, mg, g, kg, ml, L, h, min, s, iv, ip, ig, sc, po, IU, mol, mol/L and so on. To express the content of a substance in the human body, L (liter) should be used as the denominator, and denominators with prefixes (e.g. μl, ml, dl, mm3 ) should not be used. It is not appropriate to use "%", which is not a unit of measurement, to express the content per 100 milliliters (/dl). The concentration of gram molecules and the concentration of gram equivalents should be replaced by the concentration of the quantity of the substance (mol/L). Composition ratios are always expressed as decimals (e.g., 70% neutrophils should be 0.70 neutrophils). Units of pressure, compression, and stress (e.g., mmHg, cmH2O, atm, dyn/cm, etc.) should be converted to kPa; Ci should be converted to GBq; rad should be converted to Gy; and Cal should be converted to J.
8. Wherever it is appropriate to use Arabic numerals, Arabic numerals shall be used. Integers with more than 3 zeros at the end and pure decimals with 3 "0"s after the decimal point can be expressed as " ×10n " ( n is a positive or negative integer), but "0" belonging to the valid digits must be written out. When there are more than 4 digits before or after the decimal point, there should be a 1/4 space for every 3 digits from the decimal point to the left or to the right. A space of 1/4 space is provided between a number and a foreign letter. The number of significant digits after the decimal point should be consistent.
9. The range of values with units should be written correctly, e.g. 1.5 ml ~ 9.6 ml can be written as 1.5 ~ 9.6 ml. When the unit of measurement of a series of values is the same, the unit can be indicated after the last value, such as 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 mol/L. Mean ± standard deviation such as 25 ℃ ± 1 ℃ can also be written as (25 ± 1) ℃, but is inappropriate to write 25 ± 1 ℃, 30,000 ~ 80,000 can not be written as 3 ~ 80,000, 50% ~ 80% can not be written as 50 ~ 80%, 3 × 105 ~ 8 × 105 can not be written as 3 ~ 8 × 105 ~ 8 × 105, volume 5 cm × 8 cm × 10 cm or 5 × 8 × 10 (cm3) cannot be written as 5 × 8 × 10 cm or 5 × 8 × 10 cm3.
10. Figures and tables should be self-explanatory, and those that can be described in words do not need to use diagrams and tables. Figures and tables should not duplicate each other. Photographs should be clear, with appropriate contrast, and microscopic drawings should indicate the magnification and staining method. Tables should be in three-line format.
11. References should be limited to the latest published literature (within 5 years) that the authors have personally read, and should not be cited from literature that has not been directly read or from internal journals. It is preferable to cite no more than 15 references, which are listed at the end of the text in the order of citation, with corner notation in the place of citation. The names of the people in the references should be listed by the method of first name and last name (first name abbreviation). Chinese references should also be provided in English. The commonly used format for journals and monographs is as follows:
[Journal] [Serial number] Author (no more than 3 people all description, more than 3 people take the first 3 people, followed by etc or et al). Title [J]. Publication name, publication year, volume (issue): start-end page.
[Monograph] [Serial number] Author (description of the same journal). Title [M] // The main person responsible for the monograph. Title. Editions (1st edition may not be marked). Place of publication: Publisher, Year of publication: start-end page.
12. The journal will send an acknowledgment of receipt immediately upon receiving a manuscript. If the manuscript meets the journal's requirements, it will be sent to experts for review immediately and a reply will be given within 3 months. Please indicate the manuscript number when checking the manuscript status. When sending back the revised manuscript, authors must fill in the cover page of the revised manuscript and send back the original manuscript and the revised manuscript together. Once the manuscript is published, two copies of the current issue of the Journal will be given. An opinion on the unaccepted manuscript will be given to the author. Submissions should be sent to the Editorial Office, not to individuals. Please keep your own copy of the manuscript and the revised manuscript for further revision and prevention of loss.
