Preliminary identification and analysis of lncRNA during differentiation of NB4 cells induced by ATPR based on transcriptome sequencing

〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the potential mechanism of differentiation of human acute promyelocytic leukemia NB4 cells induced by a new retinoic acid derivative 4-amino-2-trifluoromethyl-phenyl retinoate(ATPR). Methods After the differentiation of NB4 cells induced by ATPR and alltransretinoic acid(ATRA),we analyzed the long-chain non-coding RNA(lncRNA) and mRNA expression profile of the treated cells with gene chip technology. Results The results showed that 775 lncRNAs and 904 mRNAs were screened in the ATRA group compared with the ATRA group, and the chromosomal location of some key lncRNAs was analyzed by cis regulatory genes.The results oftransanalysis showed that the related transcription factors could regulate the expression of lncRNA. Conclusion In conclusion, lncRNA plays an important role in the differentiation of NB4 cells induced by ATPR.
