〔Abstract〕 Objective To investigate the expression of GPR110 in different pathological subtypes of stage IA lung adenocarcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods 90 cases of stage IA lung adenocarcinoma were selected. There were 30 cases each in the wall growth group, the acinar/nipple group and the micronipple/solid group. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of GPR110 protein in each group. Results The expression of GPR110 was correlated with the pathological subtype(P<0.05), but not with the patients' age, gender and tumor size(P>0.05). COX regression analysis showed that pathological subtype had an impact on the 5-year survival rate of patients. It was a risk factor for prognosis(P<0.05). Conclusion The high and low expression of GPR110 is closely related to the pathological subtype of stage IA lung adenocarcinoma, which may be a new biomarker for the potential prevention and risk prediction of early lung adenocarcinoma patients after surgery operation.
