〔Abstract〕 The subjects were divided into three groups: medical titanium alloy with low elastic modulus, oxidation, medical titanium alloy with low elastic modulus treated by oxidation and coated with tantalum on its surface. The extract was prepared and used to culture mouse fibroblast L929 cells. Flow cytometry method was used to test the cycle distribution and apoptosis of L929 cells and the results were compared by Ti-6 Al-4 V and negative control group 18 ml culture solution containing 10% FBS. After cultured in the extracts for 48 h, the cell proporation of G2 stage in tantalum coatings and Ti-6 Al-4 V group were(14.43±0.18)% and(13.97±1.39)%(P>0.05), the cell apoptosis rate in tantalum coatings and Ti-6 Al-4 V group were(1.39±0.08)% and(1.40±0.05)%(P>0.05). Compared with Ti-6 Al-4 V, medical titanium alloy gradient composites with low elastic modulus had no significant difference in cell cycle and apoptosis of L929 cells, and had good cell compatibility.
