According to the 2010 China Science and Technology Journal Citation Report, the latest impact factor of Journal of Anhui Medical University is 0.511, which is 35.4% higher than last year. In order to enrich the diversity of manuscript sources, improve the quality and citation rate of manuscripts, and thus further enhance the influence and academic status of the Journal, it has been agreed with the editor-in-chief that we will accept manuscripts from outside organisations from now on. Manuscripts from outside institutions must be funded papers above provincial level, and priority will be given to the National Natural Science Foundation of China funded projects and doctoral dissertations.
