According to the results of the Chinese Scientific Literature Metrology Evaluation Research Center and Tongfang Knowledge Network in December 2012, the impact factor of Anhui Medical University reported in 2012 was 0.902, ranking fifth in the national comprehensive medical journal, and the comprehensive impact factor of this journal was 0.523 in 2011. The top five are: Chinese Medical Journal, Journal of Peking University (Medical edition), Journal of Central South University (Medical edition), Journal of Zhejiang University (Medical edition), Journal of Anhui Medical University. However, the data also show that the index of this journal is slightly inadequate, which will be the focus of future work improvement.
