〔Abstract〕 Objective To observe the expression of miR-122 and miR-155 in plasma of patients with viral hepatitis type B and analyze their correlation with inflammatory factors and cell cycle factors. Methods The expressions of miR-122 and miR-155 were determined by qRT-PCR. The expressions of interleukin(IL)-6, tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α, P53, CyclinD1 were determined by ELISA. Results The results of qRT-PCR showed that expressions of miR-122 and miR-155 in the plasma of patients with viral hepatitis type B were high(P<0.05). During the course of continuous treatment, miR-122 in the patient's plasma increased first and then decreased, and miR-155 expression decreased. The expressions of miR-122 and miR-155 were positively correlated with alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST), IL-6, TNF-α and CyclinD1(P<0.01), and miR-155 had more obvious correlation. There was a negative correlation with p53(P<0.01). Conclusion The abnormal expression of miR-122 and miR-155 in plasma of patients with hepatitis B virus(HBV) is related to liver damage caused by HBV, which provides a new idea for the monitoring and treatment of liver damage caused by HBV.
